Every COD order requires a mandatory ₹100 advance before it is confirmed or processed. The advance is adjusted against the order total, and the remaining balance is paid to the courier. COD eligibility depends on the postal code, order and delivery-risk checks. Read our COD Policy.

Contact us immediately with your order number. Changes or cancellations are only possible before processing and cannot be guaranteed. Confirmed COD advances may be retained when an order is cancelled, refused or becomes undeliverable, as explained in our COD Policy.

We ship across India as well as internationally. Domestic orders are routed through JD WebnShip and SelloShip (with Blue Dart priority), while international orders are handled by Bright International Couriers via FedEx, UPS, or Delhivery. Tracking is sent to the phone number or email used at checkout after courier booking becomes active. Scans can take time to appear. If tracking does not update for an unusual period, use Track your order or contact us with your order number.

We do not offer general or change-of-mind returns. For domestic orders (India), an eligible exchange may be requested within two calendar days of recorded delivery (customer pays return shipping, HOLY KICKS pays replacement shipping). Yes. HOLY KICKS holds insurance on every order. If an order gets lost in transit or arrives damaged during shipping, we will initiate a 100% full refund upon verification (continuous unboxing video required for damaged parcel claims). See our Shipping Policy.

Do not accept a parcel that appears opened, heavily damaged or tampered with. Record one continuous unboxing video beginning before the sealed outer package is opened. Contact us within two calendar days of delivery with your order number, the video and clear photos. Claims without the required evidence may not be eligible.
